Hi all,

I'm planning a trip in 2 days and I've been having the

pain in my right side again today, and feel the need to flush, but the

usual flush

I use takes 2 days, and I'm not sure about trying the one where you eat

and flush

on the same day, with the epsom salts.

Since I've never tried this flush, if I do try it tomorrow how long do

I need to stay

clsoe to the bathroom? We are planning on leaving Friday

morning.......so I'm

somewhat frantic about what to do.
