Question re: ornithine for flush

Dr Hulda says take 4 capsules - would that mean 4 - 500 mg for a

total of 2000 mgs? Also, what does that do for sleeping? I'm doing

the flush tonight, so any information would be helpful. Thanks.

Hi, I don't always sleep well so I've taken 6 capsules when I do a flush.

Going to bed at 10, I sleep through the night and wake up at 6 am (with no

hangover or drowsy feeling).

Hello,

I usually have trouble sleeping, but hate taking anything to sleep

other than herbal tea. I was nervous before my flush, but went ahead

and did it without the ornithine. - I was fine and never seemed to

wake up until about 6 AM.

Everyone is different, so do what you feel most comfortable with.
