When you pass this material, does it kind of feel like

diarrhea? Do you pass a fair amount of fluid as well?

Diarrhoea is an important part of the flush process . It aids in

expulsion of the toxins released during the flush process and minimises the

possibility of their reabsorption into the body in the ileum.

Thanks. I didn't realize that inducing diarrhea was by design. Thanks for

In between your last 2 doses of epsom, around 8PM, have a mixture of

blueberries and raspberries with 8 OZ of organic heavy cream. This

is supposed to, and does from my experience, cause action in the

liver that forces things forward. When I have done this I have had

better flushes. Also, I no longer use the juice at all, it didn't

really serve a purpose for me after spending 5 days drinking fresh

pressed apple juice in large quantities. But you may be towards the

end and if so, I'm jealous!
