Guest guest Posted August 4, 2004 Report Share Posted August 4, 2004 MaMa – According to my massage therapist – when you do the (gentle!) abdominal self massage, you should go in a circle (even making curly-cue/daisy pattern) over the abdominal are – and always do it in a counter-clockwise direction – since that’s the natural path of the digestive system. When I was pregnant (I miscarried anyway), the gyn dr said I could drink warm/hot chamomile tea as an antispasmotic and it will not hurt the baby. Also, keep drinking apple juice since it is extremely beneficial to the liver/gall bladder/bile production – and the organic’s even better for you, no bad things for your liver to deal with!
