Hi Tracey,

You are correct to try natural fruits & vegetables-but don't buy the

pharmaceutical industry theorists gobbledygook about how whole food nutrition

works.

They only try to block symptoms. By supplying the fresh whole nutrients of

celery and carrots etc. you are supplying your childs huge needs for vitamins

and trace minerals---even those that were not discovered yet, but are shown

repeatedly to restore health--and cure diseases that are really a manifestation

of your child's being STARVED of proper nutrition on the one hand plus

sometimes the inability to detoxify from the burden of dangerous prescription

drugs that your doctor believes have more benefit to your child than the risk

of

bad side effects.

Most of the time that risk benefit ratio is WRONG!! You are proving that.

But your doctor was not taught that possibility in medical school.

When I changed my diet to include foods high in B Complex vitamins and

trace minerals I became seizure free and have not filled a prescription for

anticonvulsant drugs in 30 years.

For an article on foods high in B Complex and trace minerals see our files

section.
