People with fungal related problems ..(Candidias etc)...have problems with

carrot & beetjuice ,since both are relatively high in (natural) sugars...

I added natural so nobody has to feel compelled to jump in & point that out

....since natural or not ..Candidias ( & his ugly mates in our gut etc)...feed

well on natural sugars such as carrot /beetjuice .

I had too avoid these & all fruit (except fresh whole lemons I did in Vitamix in

morning w raw garlic ginger,cumin,slipp elm etc), for a long time when I had

candidias bad ..fwiw

Alok,

I would hold off on the flushing, ultimately you have

to listen to your body.

This is a slow process.

It took me 4 months to start feeling better and being

able to eat fatty foods without that strange

sensation.

It's not going to happen overnight.

I'm going to say stick to the liver cleansing diet for

a few weeks and drink a lot of water I can't tell you

how important that is.

What is your diet right now?

What do you eat on a regular basis?

How are you making your beet and carrot juice?

Are you buying it bottled from the store or are you

juicing it (pressing) it yourself?
