Guest guest
Hi , Experimentation with one element of the B complex at a time, may be an interesting thing to do to observe individual reactions. But as a general rule, these elements of the B Complex occur in nature together--in food-- and are often used in the body together. The manufacturers of supplements know this and try to manufacture a B Complex that hopefully simulates natural FOODS. Sometimes it works if you have great and very efficient digestion. But I have known some people who it did not work on, but when they tried real foods high in B Complex it worked. So why not try it from foods first? They taste better anyway. arnold **************Don't be the last to know - click here for the latest news that will have people talking.
