Guest guest
HI Dee Dee and list, The book Dr.Bhatmangelidj wrote was 'Your body's many Cries for Water.' He makes the case that many serious medical conditions are caused by undetected dehydration that we are not aware of. This can easily occur when we sweat too much and don't replace the water and trace minerals lost. Among those trace minerals can be magnesium and calcium important for neurological function and sometimes able to treat epilepsy. if you drink caffeinated beverages such as coffeee and cola drinks these can be dehydrating when you think you are satisfying your thirst.
