Guest guest
Dear Dave, , Vince, n and all of the kind and caring people in this group... Thank you so very much for taking the time to respond to my post. You have no idea how much better I felt after reading your kind thoughts and words of wisdom. You really are a special group of people and I truly appreciate your being there. I usually don't talk to people about my depression over the gall bladder surgery. When I did a few times, the response was usually something like, " What's the big deal, you don't need your gall bladder " or " Please, it's ONLY a gall bladder " . (I have even heard this from doctors!) They don't understand how sick I have been and it's not worth talking to people unless they get it. Otherwise, they just say things that make me feel worse. That is why I very much appreciate all of you. It was so nice of you to write and your understanding means the world to me. I also have a great respect for your knowledge. You really know so much... even more than some doctors... and you understand the function of the gall bladder and what it could mean to be without it. Thank you again for reaching out to me... for not judging me... and for making me feel 1000 times better. I was really down the day I posted... and I am grateful to you for lifting my spirits at a time of need. May God bless you all and may you have happiness and health always. (And may your gall stones disappear forever!!!) All the best, Randi
