Guest guest Posted November 21, 2008 Report Share Posted November 21, 2008 my doctor wants me to try B complex, for my dd seizures. is there anythg special i should know about buying this vitamin? do i get it with carnosine, taurine or magnesium in it. Or can i just start with the B-Complex 50, that i have? and see how she looks? it is solgar brand. during the day she looks quiet good, but i can not get her brain to turn off at night. please give some advice. thans a lot!!!
