Hello Rogel,

I have mostly been on the lurking these past 15 months gleaning knowledge from

you all.

Thank you for all you do to fight this fight against epilepsy, and give other

options for

treatment. My daughter has struggled for 9 years with absence seizure, and in

the middle

other types due to drug therapy. I begged for dietary therapy and got told,

" No " over and

over again because it would not work. Well, now she is 95% - 100% seizure free

when in

high ketones and we take all her supplements. For the first time her eeg is

normal., not

sure why she is still having absence seizures. It's all so worth it.

We hope to go low glycemic some day, right now we are just hoping for more than

25 days

of seizure freedom. Not to be greedy, because we know that's a lot and she has

come

such a long way. We are so thankful. She is in the normal and above normal

ranges for

reasoning and school work, which the diet also has helped. Prior to the diet

she had lost

her ability to write, play the piano, and was barely functioning.

My questions have to do with the products you mentioned: Oxyboost, Tocotrienol,

and

Phophatidylcholine from ACCESS integrative medicine. I tried to find them on

the web last

night, but could not. Is Oxyboost from Gillham?

My second question is about hyperbaric (sp?) oxygen therapy. My pastor has a

chamber,

and I think we could buy time in it for a very reasonable price, but I'm not

sure if it's

useful, or how to go about it. Is it contraindicated in any way?

Well, again, I appreciate this group and all you have to offer a struggling mom

like me who

is fighting for the health of her daughter. Thank you!!!

Dorene
