I would do a parasite cleanse combined with a bowel cleanse before I

did chelation. It would be best to do a kidney and liver cleanse

before the chelation too. Once you start getting the metals out of

thier many storage tissues, you need a top notch elimination system

to quickly get rid the toxins. If you don't quickly get rid of the

toxic metals they find another place to be stored. Thus, you may

end up with problems while the metals recirc in your system trying

to find a way out and more problems because of the new place they

are stored. And all this without even getting rid of all the metals

that come out of hiding.... That's the best I have gathered so far

on chelation. I am currently oral chelating after getting my 12

amalgams out, 8 liver flushes, kidney cleanse, and on going bowel

support. I still have to stop chelating occasionally and let my

body catch up.
