I have found that later in the morning is when all the larger stuff

tends to come out. just stay watchful.

Agreed... possibly 10 more larger darker green stones 1/2 " x 3/4 "

also came out later on....

I also think the massage and heat pad helps alot...

Also another shot of OO/Grapefruit juice and epsom salts in the might

help increase the yield as well...I suspect I could have kept passing

stones all day!

Gonna do another enema tomorrow...
