" , I found your email interesting and I'm going to take your advice and start taking my supplements separately, water soluble in the morning and then fat soluble with meals.......... how much exactly should I be taking of the fat soluble.......A, D, E......etc?? I also buy NOW non GMO vitamins. I really like the quality of their supplements. I had never heard of the Vit.
