Guest guest
I think you are very wise to advice people to stay away from ALL grocery-store, commercial, pasteurized, processed, hormonized, defatted, homogenized dairy products. It's all K-k-k-r-r-r-r-a-p!! We, on the other hand, have access to fresh, raw, full-fat grass-fed, organic dairy products right off the farm which bears only superficial resemblance to the fake white liquid erroniously mistaken and sold as milk. Fake milk won't digest, causes allergies, abets autism, colon disease, causes mucus, may have infectious disease in it, has added hormones and will eventually make you sick if not kill you. ALL the bad rap against dairy comes from commercial milk. Raw milk, as we get it, digests well in about 99% of the people who try it. It is one of the only true " health foods " on the planet and definitely the only solo food that you can live on with great health the rest of your life with no other food intake.Unfortunately, it is very difficult (and usually illegal) to access good raw milk in the US at this time. A true national tragedy. Thank industry and Uncle Sam for this loss. ( another must-read for all who eat is THE UNTOLD STORY OF MILK by Ron Schmid, ND, --shocking, stunning, eye-opening, life-changing and unforgettable). I don't recommend the N'Zimes for milk-digestion specifically. But I do recommend the raw dairy products for everyone, and I recommend the enzymes for everyone. Perhaps for different reasons. I take the straight N'ZIMES as well as Swanson's DIGESTIVE ENZYMES, MEGA-ZYME, and DIGESTITOL. My total enzyme pill intake was about 30-40/day when I was sick, and now totals 6-12 a day. I have no specific plan for structuring which enzymes to take or when, but in general, early morning, pre-meal and bedtime is best. I use AK or intuition. I hope this answers your question, Will in Minnesota
Guest guest
I also have raw organic meat /chicken liver too...marinated in super strong raw lemon, raw garlic ,raw ginger sourkraut liquid, celtic salt & herbs ..(all blended smooth into thick liquid in VitaMix blender) ... It semi cooks (if you like) anyway in this marinade ... & the strong raw ginger, garlic & herbs flavour drowns out totally any unpleasent taste people associate with Raw organic liver & /or meat etc... Raw Dairy ..(specifically Kefir)..is great too ...as are raw egg yolks from free range hens ...fwiw O ----- Original Message ----- From: Will Winter gallstones Sent: Saturday, January 22, 2005 5:52 AM Subject: Re: Enzymes vs. Cholecystitis-Gallstones + MILK I think you are very wise to advice people to stay away from ALL grocery-store, commercial, pasteurized, processed, hormonized, defatted, homogenized dairy products.
