Actually not. The bile is made of fats. You cannot flush the toilet if the

water is turned off. The practice of avoiding fats with gallbladder

problems is in hopes of not stimulating the cramping and therefore pain.

The problem is that this actually exacerbates the problem. When the

gallbladder is stimulated to release bile it squeezes and a gallbladder

attack is that the gallbladder continues to squeeze and squeeze trying to

evacuate its contents which it cannot do because it is either to thick and

sludgy or has stones in it that cannot pass. When you withhold fats it

becomes even dryer and therefore makes it harder to eliminate the contents.

Now you may not stimulate it to expel it's contents but if it does get

stimulated you have a higher likelihood of another attack. Using

supplements that relax the muscle while running light, thin, clean oils

through the system is another approach (after treatment to dissolve and

liquefy the crepetis).

Coconut oil has saturated fats >

The premier high heat fat. Very saturated but resists molecular

alterization better than any other oil. Contains certain fatty acids that

are quite anti bacterial, anti fungal, anti yeast. Superior for stir-fry

etc. In terms of fats; The heating of an oil causes molecular structural

changes. It is not about quantity of fat but quality. rule # 1 on fats;

APPROACH 0 ON ALL HIGH HEATED FATS, ALLOW YOURSELF ALL THE COLD PRESSED

PLANT OILS YOU WANT. As always, there are exceptions to the rule. With

gallbladder or lipase issues you will need to take it on an individual

basis.
