If you search the archives you will find an abundance of answers to this very

question. It has been debated many times.

Get a comfortable chair, a cup of your favorite beverage and start reading.

Hi Sara,

I'm sorry for the unpleasant experience. If it was easy a lot more

people would have their gall bladders :) I use the Hulda

flush that stresses mixing the oil with fresh squeezed grapefruit

juice makes it go down a lot easier. I also mix the epsom salts

with fresh squeezed grapefruit juice and it goes down a lot easier

too.

Check these sites for pictures of surgically removed gall stones and

see if they look like what you got. Stones come in all shapes,

colors, and sizes. They are made out of different stuff to give

them their variations. The soft pea looking green stones are made

out of bile and cholesterol. Harder whiter ones are made partly of

calcium. There are black, brown and other colors made of slightly

different substances. Some people seem to want to discredit this

reletively easy (compared to surgery and the ineffective drugs that

the doctors have to offer) method of removing gall stones. They

suggest that the stones are miraculously (how no one seems to know

since it's not possible) transformed oil, juice, and bile. This is

not the case. These flushed stones are the same stones that are

surgically removed. Check out the pics:

You'll feel better than before the flush in a day or two, but don't

let that fool you. You need many flushes and many more gallstones

to get rid of in order to get them all. Let your body rest at least

two weeks between flushes, and more time in between won't hurt. I

do a flush when it fits my schedule. I plan one fast day (which can

be a work day like Friday) and another non-productive day to stay at

home (which can be a Saturday).
