Let me wade in here with Will. Try to describe EXACTLY which muscle is

bothering you in your upper arm. That will tell you where the GI issue is

centered.

Many muscles are reflex points for certain organs. If you can isolate which

muscle you can often back into which organ is grumping around.

I will also tell you that I had upper arm discomfort for several months

before I had GB issues. No one seemed to connect the dots and I had weeks of

acupuncture for the " Arm " issue when it was really a gut issue.

Its late and I am tired or I would pull out my book and give you a list.

However, for the sake of speed why dont you try to figure out EXACTLY which

muscle, then I will look it up tomorrow (Saturday).

You are rapidly narrowing this issue down.

As for exactly what to do....get a comfortable chair, a tall glass of your

favorite beverage and read through the archives. You have corresponded with two

of the people whose past posts you should read -- Will and Vince. You will get

quite an education.

Also in the archives are several types of flushes with complete directions

for each. One will really grab you. That is the one for you to try. Most people

try one for a while which they slowly customize to their body, then when it

fails to yield the results they want they switch to another. Its definitely

personal preference. Most of the flushes seem to work well.

Hope that helps, (Atlanta)
