why lie on the right side for liver cleanse?

Hi,

I believe that curezone's Dr. Hulda liver cleanse says to lie

flat on the back.

On the other hand:

Immediately, go to bed and lie on your right side with your right

knee

drawn up toward your chin.

Can someone more knowledgeable about the human anatomy and/or liver

cleanse elaborate?
