Guest guest
I had my gallbladder out on Nov 29th 2004. I didn't have stones, but I had severe chronic Inflammation. I felt allot better after the surgery, but 3 weeks ago I started having that pain in the Right Lower rib area. And about 1 week ago nausea came back and now I'm constipated again. Had anyone had this problem? What did they do for it? What do you think it might be? Guest guest
Hi , I may not be of much help, but I would say that you have got a stone blocking the bile duct in your liver. Did they happen to tell you that you can have stones form in the liver, even with no gallbladder? this problem has plagued my a lot in the last 7 years but I have managed to releive the pain by doing liver flushing. It does come back from time to time but another flush usually takes cares of it. G Murray Norton wrote: >I had my gallbladder out on Nov 29th 2004. Had anyone had this problem? What > did they do for it? What do you think it might be? > Constipation is an overlooked, unaddressed problem that results in liver and GB issues. Since I began to notice I had GB issues I have never had a flare up where constipation was not a major underlying contributor. Constipation can be present even when you are eliminating regularly. When I add meat to my diet, the change in enzyme requirements (and my undersupply) results in constipation. I try to pay attention and add fiber, prunes or herbal laxatives when I eat meat. Search holistic@.... Will recently wrote on this issue. Pay attention and see if you can discern the same pattern in yourself. Now, when I feel even a mild tightness in that area I take one cap of herbal laxative and some magnesium and within 12 hours usually I am doing better and often no other response is necessary. Hope this helps, (Atlanta)
Guest guest
, Consider dietary changes. Like water Drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces a day. Take lecithin granules Make extra virgin olive oil your friend, cold pressed and organic. Exercise 1 hour a day, no matter what. Avoid processed foods. Start juicing vegetables, carrot, cabbade, dandelion You have to change your diet and lifestyle. Best of luck! > > Norton wrote: > > >I had my gallbladder out on Nov 29th 2004. Guest guest
, it's well-known in alternative circles that IBS and Celiac Sprue are basically 100% treatable with holistic techniques. However, the diagnostic and therapeutic work you need seems far beyond the scope of this GALLSTONE group. You DO need help. You need to work one-on-one with the correct holistic doctor, possibly a team of holistic specialists. I'm thinking a holistic nutritionist, a holistic psychotherapist, body workers, and a central holistic NT, MD or DO that can diagnose and straighten out all the myriad of causes that underpin these chronic diseases. If you don't find the right doctor at first, keep getting second opinions until you hit pay dirt. The gallstone dissolving and flushing you need can then fit into an overall holistic plan. While it's far better than being butchered by surgeons, or drugged-up by gastroenterologists and MDs (like 99% of the people with IBS are!), I hope you won't blunder along with hit-and-miss, trial-and-error minimalistic approaches, oddball " cure-all " products, and random " this-worked-for-me " internet suggestions for your conditions. It's a crying shame to be as digestively limited and sick as you are now. You are missing many of the great joys of life. Why mess around? Tempus fugit, girl. Guest guest
Hi , When you say you eat really healthy what does that mean exactly? What exactly are you eating? I thought I was the healthiest person on the planet because of the way I ate, NOT!!!!! My reality check, i was eating the wrong diet for my body. Basically one man's meat is another man's poison. So again I ask you what does that mean you eat really healthy. I think my vegan diet contributed to my gallstones. I'm also suspicious of any low or no fat diet. You said you eat no fats. Please elaborate. Are you getting your (EFA's) Essential fatty acids? --- N <sn11386@...> wrote: > > I have to be careful on vegetable due to Irritable > Bowel Sydrome. I > don't eat any fatty foods.
