seeking advice on liver flushing

Hi,

In the last year I've done a dozen or so liver flushes. I took a break

for some 3 months and started up again when I started to feel

discomfort in my liver. I've done a couple of liver flushes this month

(6 oz. olive oil mixed with 6 oz. lemon juice each time.) I get some

stones out but the discomfort comes back less than a day after the

flush. I take epsom salt to make sure the stones don't get stuck on

their way out.

I'm wondering, should I be taking apple juice, or malic acid, or one

of Chang's herbs to soften stones before doing a flush? Should I

be doing castor oil packs?

Any ideas or advice?

Thanks,

Sol

Hi Sol, I would definitely check into taking herbs daily for liver

support. You have done enough flushes to know that those alone will

not solve your problems. I'd take a gallon of organic apple cider

in the few days prior to your flush. Check with Chan. She

will even answer your specific questions if I'm not mistaken. At

any rate, she has a lot of info and specifics about the herbs and

other things you can take.

I hope you find what you need :)
