Guest guest
I have noticed that epsom salt and virgin olive oil is in most of the liver flushes. In general is this something good to inlclude in a daily diet to help the liver and gall bladder. I can find ways to include the olive oil in my diet more often. Plus do an epsom salt to flush out my system more. Is the epsom salt good for the gall bladder and liver or just to wash out the intestines. Im not only looking to do the fasting flush, but I'm looking for natural ways to prevent this problem from coming back. Aisde from the diet changes. I mean we all know tha cranberry juice prevent stones from building up in the kidneys. So what is the cranberry juice for the gall bladder and liver. Also it says that epsom salt is not good to use if someone has a kidney problem or any sugar disorder. I dont believe I have this but will get a check up on the 15 of February. Is there a way to do it mildly till then. I will not do the fasting flush till get my check up to be safe. My Father thinks it reflux, I dont think it is, but I want to get beyond the antiacids. I know my body better than he does, and I am tired of the dostors not telling me what causes this problem. Mainly I want to address the sytemic problem that leads to this, which is why this problem keeps coming back. This will be a long term permanent fix. Any info will be appreciated....thanks again. Guest guest
HI , In reference to cranberry juice preventing stones, from what I have read and know from having frequent UTI's the cranberrys help stop the bacteria from sticking to the bladder wall thus helping to prevent infection. On Curezone.com there is a 7 day fast on it there is a list information about foods that hasten and help soften gall stones. Radishes are one I remember being on the list as well as granny smith apples and lemons and limes. Have you heard of Apple Cider Vinegar for helping with Reflux? Many have success using this to alleviate and stop heartburn and sour stomach. You must use the all natural type that you find at (I use only the Braggs brand, I've tried others like GNC brand and it wasn't as strong or effective) a health food store, the kind at the grocery that is processed will not give you the same benefits as it does not have the enzymes left after processing. Guest guest
, Olive oil is wonderful used on a regular basis, in home-made salad dressings, when stir frying, etc., but Epsom Salts I would only use when doing a gallbladder cleanse. Some use it when they are feeling an attack to help relax the ducts and get things moving along, but I wouldn't suggest it as something to take regularly, personally. Learning how to improve your diet and lifestlye in general, and many suggestions on how to do that are offered on this list and in the archives, should help with the production of stones and sludge. The olive oil and other good oils will naturally keep the gallbladder active, but remember, if it is full of stones, or the gallbladder and liver have been inactive and is full of toxins, that may not feel comfortable all the time. As for not using the Epsoms if you have kidney or sugar level problems, I only flush once every 6 months, as long as you aren't using them all the time, I don't think there would be danger, but that is my humble opinion. Wishing you the best of health in the days to come, ===== L.
