Guest guest
This is a dogmatic statment, with little basis in fact, or logic for that matter. This may be your perception of the situation, but I daresay many of us would beg to differ with it. There is a wealth of good health information available on this list, offered by sincere people. No one is required to agree with all of it. I rather doubt you have been on the list long enough to correctly make such judgements regarding individuals who post here. If you are truly interested in learning, and benefiting from the knowledge shared here, perhaps more listening and less talking and advice-giving would be in order. All the people I have seen post are encouraging people to find the right answer for themselves; including you. while the taste of an opposing veiw may be bitter in the mouth, bitter tastes are perfect for the liver and gallbladder. Guest guest
Hi Alok, Have you looked into all the herbs and foods that could help your inflammed gall bladder? That is the right answer for your situation, and I encourage you to pursue it. Flushing is not an all encompassing treatment or cure, but changing diet and lifesyle as necessary, with the cleanses, is. You seem overly fixated on the cleanse, and not noticing the rest of the picture. This is a cleanse list, and that's mainly what we talk about here. There are often mentions on this list of diet changes and herbs that will help you including links to more information. Go to our website and click on " Links " and then " Files " in the list to the left side of the page. gallstones/ That is a good place to start. There have been many on this list who have opted for gall bladder surgery. Our hearts go out to them. However, we feel the responsiblity to inform list members of the alternatives, and then they make up their own minds. It's a sad fact that many of the gall bladder surgeries are not necessitated, they are chosen out of ignorance of the alternatives. We are here trying to cure ignorance. Don't stop with learning only about flushing. Go on to learning about supplementation of herbs like gold coin grass, milk thistle seed, flax seed, taurine, etc. Supplement with lecithin and good oils every day. Make sure you are cleaning your bowel, because this is imperative in allowing your liver and gall bladder to work properly. Hope this helps, Vince > hi all, > > there are some persons in this group who always discourage the people to find the right answers of illness regarding the gall bladder issue. Guest guest
Suzanne is correct. You are welcome here as long as you listen, learn, and contribute to the goals of the list. Defaming people's motives and objectivity is not appropriate, so be careful Alok. Vince > > hi all, > > > > there are some persons in this group who ... Guest guest
Hey Vince! It seems that everyone is so defensive here when someone has a different opinion. Instead of being so defensive with Alok's reply, be more of an adult and educate him, if you can. Everyone who comes to this site is here for the same reason; seeking answers and an alternative to surgery. Has anyone here ever posted pictures of an ultrasound of the gallbladder before the flushes and after the flushes? Well it seems that one would be somewhat skeptical. The flushes are not easy and believe me, if we all believed with everything in life, then what challenges can we expect? Alok mentions the inflamed gallbladder and the elasticity. Have you guys done research to what happens to your digestive system when your gallbladder or liver is inflamed? If your liver is inflamed, is it safe to do the flushes? What do you tell them? Don't be so offensive. Aren't we dealing with educated people here? Come on guys! When I was first diagnosed with GB stones, I did what all of us are doing; looking for an alternative. So, if there is someone who is new here and has some second thoughts, or maybe criticizes the " liver cleanse " . Educate them. Because by doing what you guys are doing, you do not show strength in your belief. > > > hi all, > > > > > > there are some persons in this group who ... Guest guest
Hi Group, Just wanted to let everyone new to the list know that since I started taking Lecithin I've seen a dramatic end/decrease in that pain/fullfeeling in my stomach after eating.. I've also been drinking lots of water (taking 's advice) and it works! Combining these simple things with a good diet and exercise has stopped my GB pain and symptoms. Dee PS> Of course I've flushed several times too.

Guest guest
Hi , I've tried several brands, and I'm currently using GNC's brand of Lecithin and it is from soy, and added Vit. E. I've tried other brands with added things, like ACV and Kelp but I don't do well on anything with Iodine. I do not like the soy granules either have tried them. Do you take lecithin?? if so, what kind?? Dee
Guest guest
No..I dont take any lecithin atm,..I have often thought of buying some since i can see the theoretical benifit of it , but I dont much like the soy derived yellow granule product that is commonly available here in Australia. I have read that it is quiet unstable ..ie is oxidized easily by air ,so unless it is kept under well refrigerated conditions by retailer/wholesaler etc & down the line....you might buy a partially oxidized product . I dont know how accurate this is re the stability of lecithin,..but it is one of the reasons I have held off trying it...Also I am not a big fan of soy or soy derived products ...so thats another reason for me not too take this, but I was interested in case people are taking a different form of lecithin that I am not aware off. I currently only obtain natural letithin from my diet, ie presently from raw egg free range yolks & other raw animal fats mainly.
