Becki and Donna,

Here in Georgia we have what we call Family Day. Our first was Oct 2,

2005. It was a good turn out. We had a cook out like and the kids and parents

were able to fish in the lake or just hang out. There was also a pool where

they could swim if they wanted to. Myself in Oct no way am I getting in a pool

lololol. The 2nd one I was unable to attend. It was March 4th and so far it

went great also. They had it in Macon at a Science place. Steve and a few from

the JRA group here went. It is a great way of getting together and just

hanging out. The kids enjoyed their self as well as the parents got to meet

others

to. The first was in Warm Springs the last one was in Macon. As this helps

get families from that area involved also. Plus families can attend where ever

it is. Donna you should speak to your AF and see if it can be done there.

I can't wait for the walk as we meet each other and catch up on

everything. AJAO will br great this year. As I have met some of you. I have

spoke

about Y'all to Georgia families here. The San Diego Conference was a GREAT

experience for and I.
