any substitute for epsom salts?

Does anyone know of a substitute for the epsom salts, they are so

nasty that I am almost afraid to flush again, and I have done it 6

times now, every single time I just want to scream from the thought

of drinking those epsom salts and the effect it has--feeling

dehydrated and tired until the next morning. My first flush I got

ALOT of really dark green chaf--ALOT. Second flush lots of really

big stones(I had like 10 stones that were the size of 1 1/2 jelly

beans plus other smaller pieces of stones) and chaf(and other really

wicked things with that one too I did a parasites cleanse at the

same time, drank alot of epsom that time, so sick that time, I think

my liver had serious parasite infestation!), 3rd, 4th 5th about the

same with lessening quantities and my last flush I got about 3

larger stones not as big as before and some gold colored chaf so I

think I'm about done after this one I'll do them every couple of

months if I continue to feel this great! My allergies continue to

be gone as well as skin problems, headaches, brain fog, etc. all

GONE!

What is the gold colored chaf, by the way? Probably my brain, LOL.
