Guest guest
We have traded in our liquid vitamins for homemade superfood. We began our superfood journey by using Dr. Schultz's Superfood, well actually a superfood according to Dr. Schultz's protocol that we purchased from HEAL. I am in the process of collecting the ingredients to make our own superfood. We take no other vitamins other than 2 tablespoons of organic blackstrap molasses each day. And we eat lots of vegetables, fruit and whole grains and only local meats. Lots of water and seldom eat processed sugars and other foods. We have lots fo energy and as we continue to nourish ourselves we feel better and better. It is wonderful to be freed from vitamin pills and liquids. Hoping to help someone... Guest guest
I think the website is www.healmarketplace.com . It's a vey good organization and Dara is fantastic to work with. After seeing a number of totally clueless doctors over the years about my digestive problems, I stumbled onto HEAL. Dara finally told me that she was fairly certain I had gallbladder problems. Sure enough, I was finally diagnosed with a large stone in my gallbladder. Her Digestive Tonic and Deep Heating Oil are also great products. Guest guest
Colleen gives great testimony to the helpfulness of Dara and also gave the address. Their prices are very good and their heabals are of highest quality. More web sites to check out are www.herbdoc.com for Dr. Schultz and www.herbsfirst.com for The Natural School of Healing and . There is lots of information at both sites and herbs first has a link to the market for their herbals which are awesome. I love Dr. Schultz's cleanses. We are using the superfood that we got from Dara, 5 pounds for $98.00 which is a great price. For herbs that are wonderful quality check out www.pacificbotanicals.com and their prices are very reasonable. I am gathering ingredients for our superfood. Following is a list of what I will put in. If anyone has any ideas about anything other herbs, etc to be included please let me know! All ingredients are dried and blended. We use 2 heaping tablespoons in our morning smoothie. I have been adding vitimin C powder but I don't think that will be needed with the new superfood I am making. What do you all thing about that? Ok..here goes our new superfood ingredients follow....1 pound each Dried wheat grass nutritional yeast, non fortified beet root alfalfa rose hips orange peel spirlina powder dulse seaweed kelp red clover blossoms parsley nettle leaves barley grass I am hoping to find chlorella too. Have a very good day! Sharon student at The Natural School of Healing Tony Kessler <tcjak86@...> wrote: I think the website is www.healmarketplace.com .
