I got out most of my larger stones later in the afternoon. very little

shows up before 12-1 pm.

Hello,

It helps to drink lots of liquid before and after the flush. You may

even want to drink water up to within 1/2 hour of taking each epsom

salt drink.

To get rid of the YUCKY taste (or at least disguise it a bit -and any

thing is better than nothing you may want to substitute fruit

juice for the water. Try grapefruit juice or cranberry juice - or

give it a shot with your favorite taste. Try to use something that

does not require digestion i.e. -low on additives such as sugar.

Compare next flush results with your first flush and tweek the " flush

formula " either way to get your best results.
