I've tried flushing a few times but I'm always sick. So I'm trying to get well enough to flush at the moment. I have various food intolerances - sometimes it feels like they're different everyday - and I can often feel exhausted after eating even if it's something simple like a salad with some flax seeds ground up and sprinkled over the top. Food is getting me down so much that I was wondering if juice fasting for a period would help. Maybe a long fast. This is just to get myself into a state where flushing is possible. And I was wondering if anyone had tried this or if there's any other advice anyone can give me.
