Guest guest
I was just saying you COULD go to a colon therapist if you wanted to get the 3-H enema thing going. I've never been to one myself as I've never felt that clogged up, plus I don't like the notion of getting an enema (I might get one if I was dying). If I want a cleansing all I've ever needed to do is drink a bunch of PRUNE JUICE. Wow! EPSOM SALT is even more powerful as a laxative, or you could use MILK OF MAGNESIA which is milder but still osmotically active. If you go to to any health food store you will find 3 major kinds of natural laxatives, FIBER (like BRAN or PSYLLIUM), LUBRICANT (anything from MINERAL OIL to the PSYLLIUM which serves a dual purpose) or the STIMULANT type (SENNA, BLACK WALNUT, others). Each type works best for a specific type of constipation, if you have an impacted mass the size of a bowling ball inside your gut you don't want to use the stimulant type, for example. Be sure to drink spring or filtered water all day long. Every health food store carries some version of a COLON CLEANSING BOX or DETOX BOX as well, those might be good for you. Be sure to get the two main books THE AMAZING LIVER CLEANSE by Moritz and THE LIVER DIET by Cabot. Read them cover-to-cover, they will be your bibles. Get them TODAY if you don't have them, you may not have time to fool around. I use the book RESTORING YOUR DIGESTIVE HEALTH by Jordan Rubin quite often (it's more about the gut than the GB but it's worth having and reading and rereading). Guest guest
Will; Colon cleansing is not just for the colon. It really works, very much, so on the liver and the gallbladder. It is a means of getting the liver to dump toxins much faster than what is done by diet processes and can be worked along with that to get the intestines back in condition again too. Being clogged up really has quite a bit to do with a good reason for using some form of hydronic cleansing but none the less it will go a long way towards getting other organs in proper condition too. Some people suffer from having eaten the wrong types of foods for so many years that it leaves the intestines with diverticula's that may be pocketed or they may even have colons of which are mis-shaped and because of that are not able to have proper bowel movements. Enemas, colemas, and colonics can help get the intestines working as they are supposed to be doing and can work towards a reconditioning of them. Of course to really know just what the intestines are looking like it may be necessary to have a barium enema and an X-ray. However most anyone can tell from their bowel movements if something is array anyway just by the shape of what does come out. Laxatives are good for a general condition of constipation but are not really able to help with the conditioning of the colon of which is what many people may actually be needing to have happen. However, I have to agree that reading Dr. Cabot's book is without question well worth while. I'm especially disposed to it because I attribute the appication her information as having kept me pain free for over 5 years now. I have to also agree with the other information regarding fiber amounts too.
