Guest guest
Hi all I've been watching the posts for a week or so now. I have gallstones - my gallbladder is infected beyond repair. I have been admitted to hospital twice in the last few months and I'm sure you can all identify with the pain I've been in. PLEASE don't jump on me! I have decided to take my doctors advice and have my GB removed, and I'm scheduled to have to op 4 weeks today (March 1st). This isn't because I have no faith in flushes, I just need to do what I feel is right for me. This group seems to be about ALL gallbladder issues, to support anyone with gallstones - right? In that case, I wonder if I might ask if anyone else has suffered other symptoms as a result of their GB problems? I feel very run down, tired beyond belief, colicky and generally out of sorts and quite depressed and low. I expect I am depressed because of the physical pain I have been in almost constantly for the last 6 months. I am putting the rest of my symptoms down to this fact that I have this 'alien' infected 'thing' inside me which surely must be emitting toxins into my blood? I would be interested to hear anone else's experiences on their general health when their GB is diseased. Thank very much in advance x
