Guest guest
<< Also when you all talk about garlic, if you cook it does that ruin all the nutrition? And this may sound like a dumb question ,,, but when you talk about a " clove " is that the total clump,, or is that the smaller sections inside? >> Bobby, for the therapeutic effect you want to eat it raw. One clove is one of the small section. You want to take at least 10 of those. Press them. mix them with olive oil and eat it. Wash it down with water. You can also just add it to your juice if you have a juicer. Good luck Christel

Thanks, Bobbie >> *********************** Hi, Bobbie, yes, you can feel drained after the cleanse. I do on the next day, although I start feeling better later in the evening. About garlic, it's more potent and has most of it's nutrition before it's cooked. If you're going to cook it, add it at the end of cooking. If I want the flavor in my foods, I cook it with my food and add more when finished. For some reason, it has more potency after it's pressed than just chopped. I occasionally juice it in my carrot/celery juice. I did this morning. I juiced two cloves in my juice because I have a stupid cold. It's a natural antibiotic! A clove is just a little section, not the whole garlic. Hope this helps. Susie
Guest guest
Hey guys. My husband did his second flush last night. This time, no diarrhea. He is seeing little specs of white and black. But nothing bigger, nothing green. He also said that he saw the black specs before we started the herbs from 's website. Except a stomach ache, he is feeling ok. I was hoping that we would be seeing more stuff this time around, but no. I guess the herbs and flushings are working as he is SLOWLY starting to feel better. Since we aren't sure what we are seeing, how do we know they are gone so that we can discontinue the flushes except for maintenance? I guess we aren't real sure it's all working and need some reassurance. Oh, we are making radical diet changes based on the Liver Cleansing Diet. Thanks again! csc
Guest guest
There is no doubt in my mind that this will by itself be the one thing that will work for him, and you too, in perhaps one of the fastest ways possible besides the liver and gallbladder flushes. The one other thing I would consider would be bowelcleansing to help the process too. Properly done, as in the case of colonics or colemas, the liver is helped in getting out matter much quicker. Especially once there is the dumping action of which feels much like a diarrhea action without the disease going with it. Guest guest
I have decided to postpone surgery for a month which was scheduled for TOMORROW (sigh of relief), and try the flush. I would like to do a colon cleansing first, along with the parasite treatment. 2 questions - 1. My gall bladder only performed at 5% on the CCK Hida Scan and they never saw stones on my sonogram only polyps. Will the flush clean out the " sludge " or whatever it is slowing it down? 2. What is the best way to do the colon cleansing? jimmy
