Jimmy, sounds like you will have a busy month. There is more information on

this site (and others) about biliary and colon cleansing than you can download

in a day. But START NOW. There is no better way you could spend this first

day of your new plan. The first steps you now take will depend upon how you

generally tackle new tasks: all-to-the-wall or rationally and sanely. In this

matter, perhaps the latter is the better option.

You could also begin with a colon therapist who will probably start you out

with a colonic, or a series of them, and instruct you further with regard to

diet,

exercise, and physical therapy (massage, etc). They know their stuff.

Regarding the biliary flush, I'd also recommend starting with a mild flushing

technique first (hit the archives) and proceed as needed. As others have

suggested, I'd recommend you cleanse the colon and get things flowing well

before you tackle the bile flush.

Regarding the bile flow test that has you concerned, I would personally place

more stock in your physical symptoms than medical tests, many of which are

vague shadows of what is actually happening inside.

Be sure to have a working knowledge of all the " tools " and " tricks " of the trade

that are available should you have another emergency attack of biliary colic

following a fatty meal or other indiscretion. Many of us keep an emergency kit

bearing such items as epsom salts, rescue remedy, homeopathics, castor oil

hot packs, herbs (such as Chang's) and other remedies on hand and

ready to go in case of need. It's not uncommon to have a few scary episodes

as you lose that weight and cleanse the colon and biliary tract.

Most people require 6-12 months to get into the clear, then it's a lifelong

matter of living well but never slipping back into the old patterns. You know

how that movie ends, it's called " Rocky " . This program will keep you honest,

" It's a Wonderful Life " is the name of our story.
