Kat,

How did you make out? I have never had the

excruciating pain people some describe, but have had a

lot of discomfort. I usually lie down and put

something warm over the area of discomfort...a heating

pad, a hot water bottle, or in my case a tube sock

filled with unpopped popcorn that I warm for 3 minutes

in the microwave...it doesn't pop and more able to put

where I want it. I may take a relaxing herbal

combination. Eventually things settle and either what

is stuck moves out or settle back where it was. You

may want to consider an anti-inflammatory pain killer

if things are really uncomfortable.

Then when things have settled, prepare yourself to do

a liver flush, if you feel this would be the best

choice for you. I have a lot of info on the ones I've

done at the following link, or you can visit the links

added to all of our emails. Hope you are doing

better!
