Guest guest
Dale, I've been reading some of your posts in the archives and would like to ask you a few questions if you don't mind: a. what is the difference between the role of lecithin and the role of bile salts within the bile ? b. I don't digest fats, so what does one do to get healthy fats digested and absorbed to make good cholesterol if they are not being digested in the first place due to insufficient or not good quality bile ? c. I understand the HDL cholesterol will transport the LDL cholesterol and therefore is considered a good fat. Is there a difference in the type of cholesterol and bile salts that is within bile depending on the type of fat ingested ? Thanks,
