I am type 2 diabetic and I have done a ton of flushes.

Are you on medications or insulin to lower your

blood sugar? Is there harm in missing a dose?

Perhaps there is...my husband is a diabetic and

I think he has now and then. It is only one

evening meal you are missing if you do the flush

that I do. And the cleanse may throw your sugars

off kilter a bit as it is affecting the liver

which stores and releases glycogen, but it won't

be for long, and definately worth it IMHO.
