hi,

Ancient diet is just some term I threw out there but

it basically is the way ancient people ate according

to ancient text the Bible is one example.

One of my favorite health books tells all about it

basically and it's called Patient Heal Thyself.

Basic idea

Eat in moderation

For animal products

ocean caught fish (none of that tank bred stuff in

captivity and lacking so many of the good nutrients)

Also healthy grass fed red meats like goat, lamb,

bison, buffalo (none of the hybrid beef pumped with

steroids and antibiotics and living in captivity and

hybridized over the years to our detriment). etc.

Raw dairy, like raw goat yogurt, raw goat kefir, raw

goat cheese

omega 3 eggs

lots of vegetables, especially the green stuff and

fruits lots of berries

Eat over half of the foods raw especially the

vegetables

of course

Fermented vegetables like raw sauerkraut.

Of course there is more to it but this is just the

basics.

It is my belief through the reading I've done that

different people in different bodies develop

gallstones from different causes. Depending on age,

lifestyle, diet, stress level, genetics and other

factors I probably don't know about.

In my case it was a combination of my liver being

overstressed dealing with hydrogenated fats on my

vegan diet completely void of healthy animal fats I

consumed, and eating too much sugar and chronic

dehydration and probably and probably soy products

which had been completely foreign to my body even

though I was mostly using organic and too much Bikram

yoga and a litte stress from obsessing about my health

since age 9 And some repressed anger.

figuring out the cause helped me change things in my

life accordingly.
