Well all,

I am ready to try a flush...I will see the doctor one more time on

the 11th and see if she has a suggestion. If she thinks its from my

reflux, or tiny stones. I think tiny stones that don't show up on my

ultra sound.

The apple cuder vinegar doesnt bother it, it seems to help which is

why I think its little stones. If it was reflux it would hurt after I

drink it. It helps my digestion. the 1 tsp with a glass of water. It

has all the symptoms of stones...I am fortunate it is not large

ones. But I think its the perfect time to flush. Because I have

diabetes..I have to of course be careful to not let my sugar run low.

Anyone out there that has done this and what suggestions to keep my

blood sugar normal while I flush. Maybe juices, and what kind. I was

thinking the coca cola flush would be good for me since its not too

complicated. Plus its not too harsh.

I mean the mild cleansing is working for me, maybe I just have to be

more patient. I will get a prescription tummy pill to see if it

helps. But I think if it was reflux it would hurt after I drink the

vinegar.....but it doesnt. Can the Mild cleanse dissolve the tuny

stones....so I should keep doing what I am doing...I have improved a

lot from 2 months ago. So I think its working...but will it dissolve

the little stones. If i keep doing this will it dissolve it over a

few months. We will see after I get the tummy pills. Then we will see

if it stops with the pills. Then for sure we will know if its reflux.
