Guest guest
Hi all, Tonight my husband and I are attempting liver flushes. This is the first for my husband , but I have done them numerous times before. I have gotten to the point that epsom salts make me nauseous. This time I have mixed them with grapefriut juice and lemon juice. I used one cup of water with one grapefriut and one lemon and then topped up the rest of the 2 cups remaining with water again so about 1 1/4 cups of water total. I chilled the first 1 cup of water with the epsom salts but made sure I had them good and dissolved first. We have taken the epsom salts now and are waiting for the time to take the olive oil and grapefruit. I think I will put in the blackwalnut hull into the grapefriut. I kept telling my husband how terrible the epsom salts were so this time with the grapefruit juice to help. He just drank down the E.S. solution like it was water. then I asked him if he needed a chaser of water. " No it is better the coffeee at the Husky Restaurant " (We are up in Canada if you haven't guessed). : ) I am glad it is not turning out to be harsh for him. I was worried that it might make him not want to do this again. He suffers from MCS with acute asthma like symptoms. His throat and lungs close up and his nasal passeges seem to pour down his throught and he chokes. Well more in the morning.
