Wow, that is really great that you had a better flush! I'm so glad it

helped you! I'm hoping it will help newbies to get faster results.

May I also suggest that when drinking the 2nd dose of oil in the

morning, to drink it standing up as you did the night before by the bed.

Immediately get back into bed and lie on your right side for 30 minutes.

I don't know if this part makes a difference or not, but you know that

it can't hurt. For those of you who have been cleansing for awhile, you

know how disappointing it can be when you go through all of that trouble

and hardly any stones come out, and have to wait another 2 weeks to try

again!

It's also suggested to pull your knees up while lying there. I set a

timer by the bed for 30 minutes before I drink the 2nd dose as I can't

see the clock from that side of the bed.

I also set my alarm clock for 2 alarms for the morning. One for 5:58

a.m. and the other for 7:40 a.m. The first one is so I'll get up and

drink the epsom salts, and the second alarm is for juicing the 2nd

grapefruit at 8 a.m. I go back to bed both times.

The reason why I get up at 6 a.m. is because that's the supposed to be

the earliest you can drink the 3rd dose of epsom salts according to Dr.

. At this point, I just want to get the cleanse over with and get

on with it, so I stick to the same schedule every cleanse. It also

helps me remember what I need to do when, so I don't forget one of the

steps.

Oh, another thing I learned about the cleanse. At 12 noon I have juice,

then fruit 30 minutes later. I drink lots of water during the

afternoon, and stones continue coming out. The stones generally stop

about mid afternoon if you haven't eaten anything. If you eat something

other than fruit or fresh veggies, the stones will stop. Only drink

water or juice. I generally continue this until late afternoon -

sometime between 4-6 p.m.

I've found that I can generally go out and do an errand mid afternoon as

long as I don't drink too much water!

By late afternoon, I load up on my vitamins that I missed for the day

and eat a starch like a bagel with honey which seems to be the only

thing that doesn't go right through me!

Namaste,

In my experience, I've found the double cleanse to expel the most amount

of stones, with little to no irritation to the gallbladder. I've been

doing this since November every 2 weeks. I rest a lot during the

cleanse. I have found that excercising after the cleanse gave my

intestines some pain, so I stopped my rebounding for those 2 days.

Actually, the faster you cleanse, the faster you feel better. I've

noticed a big difference from when I started doing this. The first few

times I drank all that apple juice, I felt sick. It passed after an

hour or so. I tolerated it because I knew that relief was coming.

After cleansing every 2 weeks for over a year and still having stones,

I've decided to speed it up. The double cleanse is from Dr. 's

book, The Cure for HIV/Aids which I found on the Cure Zone website.

Some people drink 1 cup of oil on the night of their cleanse. I've

tried it and just about threw it up immediately and couldn't get into

bed the reaction was so violent. It was all I could do to keep it down

and get into bed.

The oil spread out between 2 days works well especially since the bile

ducts are already wide open from the epsom salts. No point in waiting

another 2 weeks to get out more stones when you can do it twice in the

same weekend.

Other cleanses recommend drinking 1 cup spread out over several hours.

When I'm standing by my bed and about to drink the oil and grapefruit

juice, I hestiate, because the oil aftertaste (with virgin oil oil) is

something you don't forget! It's not on my list of favorite drinks!

I think for someone who has a pretty clogged gallbladder like I do,

would find that taking the 1/2 cup of oil one day and then again the

next day would find it gets the results you are looking for. What it

comes down to is how soon do you want to feel well?

ly, I just want to get on with my life. Insomnia and indigestion

every night for several years is no picnic. The only thing I noticed

was that the second dose of oil for the first few cleanses may have made

me feel a bit full or slightly uncomfortable for a short time, but it

was temporary, and I was able to eat dinner that evening.

I appreciate the tips and advice about flushing and

I am no expert and still flushing slowly with

herbs and water and dietary changes but I think it would

be too harsh for my system.

I don't think my hiney bow could take that much

going to the bathroom.

I'm glad it works well for you , but everyone's

systems are different and I think it would be too much for some

of us.

slowly flushing,

I've been cleansing for the last 1 1/2 years every 2 weeks. I've been

suffering from insomnia, waking up every 2 hours all night long for

several years now. Waking up that much and the loss of sleep takes a

much greater toll on my health than drinking epsom salts every 2 weeks.

Exercise, diet and water do not remove gallstones. I can tell you that

for a fact, though I'm sure you must be aware of it. I've noticed a

big improvement in my digestion since I've been doing the cleanses the

last 6 months compared to the previous year. Thank you for your

concern, however you are misinformed. For those of us who are suffering

with poor digestion, gas, pain, insomnia, etc., liver cleanses are the

way to go.

Dr. recommends cleansing every two weeks until all the stones are

gone. The amount of time will vary according to how many stones you

have and how many stones you remove with each cleanse. There can be

2,000-3,000 stones in the gallbladder per Dr. . If only 100-200

stones are removed with each cleanse, you figure out the math on how

many cleanses will be necessary to be stone free. Waiting a month in

between cleanses is just not practical, and only prolongs the agony. I

drink 6-8 glasses of water daily. I rebound for exercise, and take my

supplements, and watch what I eat. None of this has improved my

insomnia. Even waiting 2 weeks for the next cleanse is agony because of

the waking/sleeping all night long. I know that the insomnia is due to

digestion as I've tried different foods and not eating and have found a

correlation between the insomnia and what I ate for dinner.

There are many other people on the Cure Zone who have done cleanses

every 2 weeks for over a year. As long as the water is replaced, it's

fine. Dr. didn't recommend cleansing sooner than every 2 weeks

because the kidneys need that long to recover. I've also found that not

as many stones come out. Some people on the Cure Zone are cleansing

every week. I've done that myself, but found it wearing on the body to

fast that often. No, no problems with cleansing every 2 weeks, just

drink enough water. In fact, it's recommended by Dr. .

hi,

too frequent liver flush can irritate your gb and other organ, so give time your

body to heal and then flush.

Hi all,

I am not one to worry about flushing close together as I have done many

flushes every 2 weeks for 3-4 months last summer and found it improved

my over health incredibly. BUT...... I have just ran across this

excerpt while researching the calcium magnesium effects on the body:

http://www.acu-cell.com/acn.html

" However, frequent and excessive use of magnesium sulfate (Epsom salt)

or antacid remedies such as Milk of Magnesia can eventually trigger a

number of medical problems resulting from other minerals such as

calcium, sodium, iron, or potassium getting out of balance. This is

more prevalent with kidney diseases and may include severe fatigue,

depression, low blood pressure, gastrointestinal problems, dizziness,

dehydration / dry skin, diarrhea, muscular / joint problems and

cardiovascular diseases. "

I would think you would have to already be in a hyper-magnesium state to

worry about this. When I was flushing I was sure I was lacking in

magnesium as I suffered from liver stones, back(kidney problems) and

feet pain(heel spurs), constant eye twitching, heart palpitations and

high blood pressure. All signs of too little magnesium. Today almost

all those symptoms have disappeared.

I agree about the comment on the magnesium. I take magnesium/calcium

supplements daily and feel good. In fact, it's necessary to ease PMS

symptoms, muscle twitches, spasms, etc.

Regarding the concern of over doing the epsom salts, I believe there

would be concern if one were taking it daily. However, once every 2

weeks is not excessive when the water is replaced and supplements are

taken. Doctors don't know much about nutrition. In medical school,

they aren't taught much about it. So, of course there would be cause

for concern if one were doing it excessively. However has the term

" excessive " been defined as to how often? My guess is daily or several

times a week.

If anything, I'm finding that my skin is clearer, my b.m.'s are soft and

12 inches in length (this is the size they are supposed to be) and

often. Cleansing biweekly to get rid of all the stones quickly so that

my health returns that much faster is really helping.
