Guest guest
I think I'll keep the green tea in the middle ground - a couple cups a week, when I need a pickup to get some work done, but don't over do it... Sure hasn't helped me lose weight... Guest guest
>>>My grandmother grounded her coffee beans herself and it was organic and very strong but I can't drink American coffee. <<< Hi , Interesting info on green tea...thanks. I love it, as well. For those who enjoy their coffee, I came across non-bleached filters in my local grocery store. It hadn't struck me before that the bleached variety most likely contained dioxins and just thought to pass that along. Peace, n
