I think I'll keep the green tea in the middle ground - a couple cups a

week, when I need a pickup to get some work done, but don't over do

it... Sure hasn't helped me lose weight...

Hi ,

Interesting info on green tea...thanks. I love it, as well. :)

For those who enjoy their coffee, I came across non-bleached filters in my

local grocery store. It hadn't struck me before that the bleached variety most

likely contained dioxins and just thought to pass that along.
