Guest guest
HA!!! Great Information, I never would have suspected that mouthwash or toothpaste or simple things like that would interfere with the cleanse. I did finally get brave enough to try epsom salts last week (I'm working up to this) and they weren't awful. I held my nose and chugged it.....my way of dealing with many of the things I do for health rather than for taste. I also did the olive oil in orange juice and just didn't have any results. Next time I'll do it your way. Thanks so much for your help and all the good info. I have saved your e-mail in my word program attached to the directions for the cleanse..... I shouldn't have to ask you again. ) Nina *********** ******************** >> > >Yes, that is the cleanse that works for me really well. Guest guest
I second that motion----THANKS CATHY! Tried to follow your program last week and I did notice a difference with the second half cup of oil the following morning, and with just eating fruit for the day. I think I would have had better results had I a couple of days of just eating fruit and drinking more juice prior to the first flush---it's like things were just warming up---and then it was back to work ---need atleast 3 days to flush effectively--- Thanks again for sharing your method and experiences--- Donna
Guest guest
, I am far from the expert on this group....but every 2 weeks for 6 months sounds like you are risking harm by taking to much epsom salts. Can anyone respond to this? Guest guest
Only that doctors and health food technicians I have spoken too advise against taking epsom salts any more than once a month. I seem to remember hearing that it tends to make your body too acidic. I prefer to stick to quarterly cleansing at the most. But, like I said, I'm not the expert.
