,

Thank you so much for your ideas. I am going to check

out this Willard Water, Green Vibrance and other

things you talked about. I have read that her blood

type (AB) needs extra enzymes to digest foods. Do you

have a brand that you like above the others? She

sometimes drinks Perfect Food powder by Garden of

Life. She just started drinking unfiltered organic

apple juice.

My daughter has tried to include lots of fiber of

different kinds...for example, one night she ate 25-30

prunes and they did nothing! She does drink a lot of

water. She is health conscious and tries to eat right

and does eat a lot of salads, fruits and veggies. Not

a lot of processed food and hardly any wheat. She

often eats oatmeal in the mornings w/ lots of raisins

and no sugar. It is frustrating. She had stopped

exercising but has started again.

I am going to find this book about the liver. I

really want to make these stones dissolve w/out

surgery. I am still afraid of the cleanses, but

please be patient w/ me. :\

Thank you again,
