Myhusbands cholesterol went down dramatically just from taking powdered

psyllium twice a day in grape juice. Then drinking lots of water too. Kinda just

pulls the cholesterol out of you.

Recently I read a posting from someone who had lowered cholesterol from around

250 to 200 (don't recall if that was total or just bad cholesterol). Anyway,

this man's story was really impressive. From what I recall, he had done around

7 liver flushes and hadn't changed his diet. I wanted to send you the link to

his posting, but now I can't find it. I'm pretty sure it was in one of the

curezone forums. in Eureka

cholesterol count is 211. My suspicion is the liver and Gall bladder

needs a good cleansing. The liver stores fats isn't that how it

works. Bad diet..this story should be called ...My body's revenge.

The Doctor wants me on this until I get in better shape. She wants me

to lose 50 lbs. Since I am a newly diagnosed diabetic, I have to be

careful. By the way she has never heard of flushing. Has anyone had a

bad Cholesterol test result, flushed, then gone back and had a marked

improvement. I know oatmeal and garlic are good to add to the diet. I

too am doing the garlic parasite flush....yeah.
