I gave first mtx injection!

Well, I did it. I gave the first injection last night. It went very

well. Yesterday morning she begged me for a practice shot w/ the saline

solution the nurse gave me. I did that in the arm and then did the mtx

in her leg. She liked it in the leg much better. Get this...she said

that she wished she could have a shot every day! She actually likes

getting shots and injections. She wants to learn how to give it to

herself but I said she needs to be a little older. She wants to be a

vet when she grows up. I do not think she will have any problems giving

shots to animals!!!-------The only problem that I had was that I

sometimes THINK to much. The nurse told me to be very careful with the

mtx because of how harmful it could be. I was careful but then it hit

me that I was injecting this HARMFUL STUFF directly into my sweet

baby's body!!!! This disease just drives me nuts sometimes.--- &
