It was so bad that I think I got an ulcer on my esophagus, because there was sharp pain in my sternum area each time I belched (which can be a lot with GERD). So, as soon as I woke up in the morning, on an empty stomach, I crushed about a tablespoon of raw ginger in a garlic press and got about a teaspoon of juice which I just swigged. It's strong, but no stronger than a swig of brandy would be. With the remaining crushed ginger, I then added some hot water to make a tea. I would also make this tea several times throughout the day and take it before eating (avoiding eating anything that lay too heavy on my stomach) and drink tons of water. Apparently, you can also put a whole root through a juicer and keep the juice pre-prepared in your fridge. Ginger is a natural inflammatory, as far as I understand, and also helps to reduce gas build up in the ol' innerds that cause gas, bloating and flatulence. Also, swigging ginger ale is an old wives' remedy, supposed to help for nausea and stomach upset...but you have to allow it to sit out to remove the carbonation, first. All I can say is that ginger did the trick for me....I hope it will for others, too. All the best! Peace, n

Ginger is the premier anti-nausea on the planet. Found through much research now to be more effective than dramamine! Very effective for any cold slow digestive issue. -Dave

PLUS organic apple cider vinegar - half a teaspoon in glass of water before meals to increase HCL to aid digestion. It worked so well I kept using it and it broke up my gallstones and I started passing them --before I knew I had them.
Guest guest
Hello , I'm wondering if it's the SODA in the cola that is helping to relieve your symptoms to a small extent. To test if it is - you can try one of the following (or try each one at different times) 1) Add a teaspoon of baking soda to a glass of warm (not hot)water; stir well and drink -very salty taste. 2) This method is preferred by some: -put the teaspoon of baking soda in your mouth as far back as possible and immediately drink a glass of water. Method one is a " milder " procedure, but method two should give you an " instant " belch, which helps to relieve bloating and its' related discomfort quicker. Perhaps many of our problems are due to an imbalance of salt in our body. It's been stated that many people who survived nulear bombs have taken large doses of salt-must have iodine in it. It helps to protect the thyroid. ~S --- " " <kitnplay2004@y...> wrote: > > Hi all, > > This indigestion is driving me crazy. Its just horrible the bloating. ....
