Guest guest
Hi Tina, Thank you very much Tina! I > never > took any for thorough examination, so you'll have to > take my word for it. What I meant by thorough examination was Were the worms/parasites apparent in your stools or did you have to search for them, not if you took them to the lab. I'm doing the garlic cleanse starting today. Thank God I broke up with my guy, otherwise I probably wouldn't do it. So just to be clear, all I have to do is eat a garlic clove a day for 15 days right? __________________________________ Celebrate 's 10th Birthday! Yes they were obvious. > So just to be clear, all I have to do is eat a > garlic > clove a day for 15 days right? Don't eat it whole or it may come out whole. In a blender, food processor or on a salad is best. Tina __________________________________________________

It's made out of wood (2 parts) you can crush things in it. We use it to crush garlic, sea salt and green onions, which is a spice we use in our rice. I used it to crush my garlic and I had to drink water afterwards, slight burning sensation but I ate my dinner and it's all better. I'm so excited about this.
