Guest guest
>>>I don't take calcium supplements especially after having read coldcure.com Plus my calcium levels are normal according to my blood tests. I get it from natural sources, almonds especially <<< Hi , You have mentioned that you eat a lot of greens, too, and I understand these are an even higher source of calcium than dairy products. The average western diet is deficient in a lot of things, including minerals, and osteoporosis is a real concern for those entering mid-life and beyond. Everyone is different, but generally speaking, being aware of and getting that balance of calcium:magnesium may be important for some. So glad to hear your twitches are on the mend!
