Guest guest
Hmmmm, I wasn't vegetarian for 10 years....but was a raw-food vegan for 3 1/2 yrs before I had a gall-bladder attack. I'm finding this discussion pretty interesting because some of us raw-fooders are sooooo convinced this in the only way to eat ethically and healthily. Even if the raw-food diet doesn't cause (it might) gallstones, it doesn't seem to fix the problem, either. I also think it may be good for short-term and I don't want to return to my nearly all-meat diet from before, but I'm about ready for a change here.
