Guest guest
I am doing the liver flush for the first time tomorrow. Dr. says do not eat or drink after 2pm. Drink what? Surely this does not mean do not drink anything, including water.. Anyone that has done the flush, can you answer this question for me? Guest guest
That is correct. She says don't drink anything including water after 2:00 pm the day of the flush. She has supervised hundreds of flushes and has found what has worked very well. If you are properly hydrated before 2:00 you won't be very thirsty. If you haven't had enough fluids before 2:00 you will be very thirsty. Vince > > > I am doing the liver flush for the first time tomorrow. Dr. says > do not eat or drink after 2pm. Drink what? Guest guest
Yes, you do not drink anything at all whatsoever after 2 pm. I've not found that to be a problem. You drink the epsom salts at 6 pm. namaste, cathy
