Well I am happy happy happy!!!

My husband and I just finished a Liver Cleanse the one in The Amazing

Ok Let me slow down

My husband loves the fact that I sit on the computer and try to help

people and he is happy that people have helped me but, this health thing

:-X :-\ :-(

He has never really been interested in doing a cleanse until I started

reading out loud some of the parts of s's books. Then he started

reading them. Then he took the plunge!!!

Now...My husband just came in excited and told me that he read the paper

without glasses and that it was for sure the cleanse because he can not

ever see without his glasses!!!

This is his first one and it was a great success...hundreds of green

stones and others. He could not believe how much was in there and it is

still coming. He did not do any enemas only the Epsom salt is giving

that great kick to him!

I have never seen my husband so happy about going to the potty! He is

overjoyed. Anytime a grown man that is not as concerned with health as

he should be... starts out his conversations with his Cleanse

success...that is happy!!!

I have had that happen each time I do my Cleanse I need less and less

glasses. This time along with him I am not needing glasses. I think it

is the new water we are drinking!

Now, I have some great things to say about what this new book Timeless

Secrets of Health & Rejuvenation is doing for me.

Here is what I had started to do all is from his books!

Here is a bits of information from the books:

1. I used only distilled waster with a few gains of Basmit rice in it to

give it life ( distilled water is dead water!) When you add the rice

it gives back the trace minerals that are needed in the body...and all

this without fluoride or chlorine!!!

2. The best water to drink is ionized water. And, you can make it

yourself!!!

Ionized Water Recipe

Boil 48 oz of water for 15-25 minutes, then pour into a thermos.

Note: The ionized water is great because your body is negatively

charged and the things we don't want (toxins, die-off, muck, etc.) are

positively charged; causing them to " stick " to us.

The boiling process gives the water a negative charge which helps to

free the positively charged junk! Say bye-bye to die-off from getting

healthy.

With the boiled water it really will put you into a great place, but go

slowly it was really a great help in detoxing. And it works well and fast!

I have been able to lessen my symptoms by detoxing.

Here are the other things I think have improved our lives a great deal!

I read this wonderful book by s Moritz His first book I read was

The Amazing Liver Cleanse and I have done many of them as I said time

and time again.

Now, I have some great things to say about what this new book Timeless

Secrets of Health & Rejuvenation is doing for me.

The book Timeless Secrets of Health & Rejuvenation by s Moritz is

one of the best books I have read on what you need to do to get healthy.

He goes into such great depth in the areas of mind over matter and what

your body really needs. I love the way he tells you that try as you

will Mother Nature has a plan and if you do not fit into the plan by

choice, it it will force you to fit by illness and disease.

He goes into the rhythm of the body and how to work within it!

Great eye opening book with lots of wonderful fabulous information!

too! I am very very impressed with this water!

have my Prill beads. I am getting my body re-hydrated using them!

I have been getting better and better each day. The parasites and

Candida can not live in my body much anymore they do not like the new

clean me!!!

My husband thinks that the water might have something to do with the

success of his cleanse...( he has no way to judge HE HE, but I do! It

is wonderful. I will be using this water for everything. I will do my

coffee enema today with it and I am sure that I will have such a

wonderful result!!!

cancer Teaga Tea. I just was told today that Teaga Tea is not only good

for Cancer but Candida also

( I have posted this in the Candida group also...welllll I will put just

the basic info I was given:

Here are a few tips to enhance the effectiveness of the Teaga Tea against

Candida. Do a three day fast as you start the Teaga Tea protocol of 16 oz.

of tea for four days and then rest for three days. Besides the Tea it is

suggested, you only intake

clear liquids for the three days. That regimen will greatly weaken the Candida

overgrowth by depriving

it from all new sources for sugar so that the Tea can be even more effective.

If for a woman, the Candida manifest as a vaginal yeast infection, it is

recommended that you also mix one ounce of the Life Research Bacteria

Buster with 2 to 3 parts of water and use that as a douche. Do this on the
